Michael Vidler 

Managing Director:

As Owner Operator, Mike has done an exceptional job expanding the business to its current size with big plans for the future. Mike is hands-on and has instilled the importance of good old-fashioned service in his employees. Michael has worked hard to develop a reputation for providing top of the range equipment and experienced staff who are safe, timely and cost-conscious.

Roni Philip

Sales Manager:

Roni is our motivated Business Development manager with a fiery passion for the growth of Safe Dig. Known for dedication to customer service and client liason, you will probably first hear from Roni through his bubbly phone manner. Roni’s experience in aviation, energy, home improvement, recruitment and construction industries have driven huge growth in the business.

Roni’s degrees in management and engineering coupled with on-the-job experience in business development mean he understands what’s needed for the task and how to get it done on time.


Rob Rutledge 

Operations Manager:

As a Telstra Accredited Plant Locator, Robbie responds to call outs for locating in the Brisbane area. He has a valuable 6 years’ experience and helps out on the Vacuum Trucks
when needed. Robbie has taken over as Operations Manager of our Brisbane office
and is doing an excellent job keeping our trucks busy and sourcing new work.


Operations Co-Ordinator;

The first friendly voice you’ll hear when you call, Grace is our resident office banter-maker. Taking job bookings, dealing with tenders and arranging staff inductions are just a few of the things this busy legend does best. When she’s not in the office, she’ll be spending time with her horses or touring the local rodeo.


Accounts Manager:

Sharon brings years of experience and a pleasant demeanour to our incredibly busy accounting department. Working closely with Corina, these two form our dream-team of super stars, keeping track of more numbers than a baseball statistician!


Accounts Assistant:

Corina is an absolute champion in our office and is always working diligently to make sure that our accounting systems are kept up to date. Our busy account-keeping processes and intricate filing system are just some of the things that keep Corina on her toes day-to-day, but you’ll also find her managing bank accounts and supplier orders. Many of our customers are familiar with Corina’s friendly nature and she is well recognised for her exceptional customer service!


Operations Assistant:

Beginning as a junior with Safe Dig in 2016, Daniel has seen major growth in this company and has been present to help develop systems and processes every step of the way. In his final year of university studying Business and Mandarin, Daniel has hopes to start his own business one day and has learnt a lot from the guidance and support of Safe Dig.
